A series of predefined styles allow you to record the image in different video formats, including: DV NTSC, DV PAL, HDTV 1080p or HDTV 720p. The rest is according to the duration of the clip and also the quality of the recording.
IShowU allows you to use any of the codecs in QuickTime to compress your videos, determine the area of capture, the number of frames per second, the quality of the sequence, hide the mouse, etc.

According to the developer of iShowU, the iShowU Audio Capture is DEPRECATED and only needed for older installs (maxos 10.13 or earlier). SWB Audio Capture is the recommended replacement. This driver should not be used and will be removed in the future. You can read more about this, and download the installer for Catalina in this link:
