Express Installatoin with Ext2Fsd installer:
- Partclone provides utilities to back up and restore used-blocks of a partition and it is designed for higher compatibility of the file system by using existing library, e.g. E2fslibs is used to read and write the ext2 partition.

If you don’t mind spending some money on a commercial product, Paragon’s extFS for Mac will give you read and write access to ext2 / ext3 / ext4 file systems. The current version supports all versions of OS X / macOS from 10.10 upwards.
Double click on Ext2Fsd-version.exe to execute Ext2Fsd installer and follow the setup wizard pages to install and configure Ext2Fsd.
To uninstall Ext2Fsd, just click “Uninstall Ext2Fsd” in start menu, or use Add/Remove programs in control panel to uninstall. Need restart your computer to get it finished.
Manual installation with Ext2Fsd zip package:
Extract the zip package (Ext2Fsd-version.zip), start a Windows cmd shell (cmd.exe), then enter directory “Ext2FsdSetup” of the localtion where you unzipped Ext2Fsd package.
To uninstall, you can just execute uninstall.bat at the same directory location where you did setup.bat under Windows cmd shell. Or start “Add/Remove Programs” in “Control Panel” and select to remove item of “linux ext2 file system driver” to remove the program.

Follow the instructions while installing.

Read the license agreement.
Step 4
Change installation options as desired and click on Next.

Continue the installation.

Choose whether you wish to buy and/or activate the software now, or later. Skip to step 8 if you have chosen to Activate Paragon HFS+ for Windows.
Step 7
After the installation it’s recommended to restart your computer.
Step 8
After restart, launch the program. The interface window will appear.
To activate the purchased license, press Activate… .
To purchase the license, press Buy… .
Step 9
Enter your MyParagon credentials and choose the desired activation method. The suggested one is using online activation. Press Sign in.
If you don’t want to activate with MyParagon credentials, the license will be bound to GUID account. Press Activate Using Serial Number to perform this kind of activation. You can also activate the software offline, if your computer does not have internet access. Press Sign In (while being disconnected from Internet) to perform this kind of activation.
Step 10a (for online activation)
If you have selected Sign In, and entered valid e-mail address,the license information will be typed in automatically.
Extfs Mac
If you have selected Activate Without Login, type in the serial number manually.
Press Activate.
Step 10b (for offline activation)
Visit the activation page on computer with active internet connection. Then follow instructions to generate the license file.
Save the file (LicenseSet.xml) to your computer where you wish to activate the product. Press Select License File and select the downloaded file.
Press Open, then Activate.
